• Cooking Class: Sausage Making for Beginners

This demonstration style class will be taught by Richard from Mitchlitch's Spokane Spice Company. Richard has been teaching sausage making for years in his store off of North Stone in Spokane, WA and has generously agreed to teach his class at The Kitchen at Second Harvest. Richard will be teaching a basic sausage making class that will help you feel more comfortable making sausage from scratch at home. This class is great for anyone who is curious about the sausage making process, what equipment is needed, what type of meat is best, what seasonings to use and more. There will be samples available of Richard's Palouse German Sausage and The Kitchen will be providing some additional snacks. Mitchlitch is also providing class booklets for you to take home.
