BAKER, Gabriele Lieselotte

(Age 63)

Our beloved Daughter, Wife, Mother, Omi, and Grandmother passed away suddenly on June 17, 2009. Born to Maria Fuchs-Nieder and Alfons Fuchs February 13, 1946, in Hersbruck, Germany.

Gabriele is survived by her parents; her Aunt and God-mother Lilo; her loving husband Dave; her children Patricia Chaplin (Casey), Kenneth Harrington Jr, (Kyle) Katrina Fletcher (Sam); her step-children, Nick Basho (Sasha), and JR Baker; grandchildren, Shanna "Chipmunk" Sammy "Strawberry" and Josh "Porkchop" (whom she loved beyond words); along with many dear and loving friends.

Gabriele also known as Gaby by her friends enjoyed shooting trap, her dogMocha, Friday night dinners with her friends and her new camper. The Christmas Holiday was an especially special family time for Gaby. She was always the life of the party, had a witty comeback or comment, and could be easily identified by her laugh. For the past 21 years she had a weekly deal for flowers with her husband Dave.

Prior to her retirement, Gaby was a Realtor and President of her own property management company "Baker and Associates" with her loving and devoted husband.

Gaby will be best remembered for her love of life, and her fierce devotion to family and friends. She was one of a kind and will be dearly missed.

In her honor, the family requests that any donations be made to the Humane Society, in Gaby's name.

A Celebration of Life will be on Monday June 22nd, at Beacon Hill Event Center, 4848 E. Wellesley beginning at 3pm. SPOKANE CREMATION & BURIAL SERVICE.
